Manual Handling

Our in house Moving & Handling training is conducted by our own qualified instructor.

This course is comprised of both a theoretical session and a practical component. Theory sessions include current guidelines, personal experiences and best practice and are delivered using various forms of teaching to encourage delegate interaction and learning. Practice sessions allow delegates to practice using moving and handling equipment, such as hoists and slide sheets and cover all areas recommended by the Department of Health’s Manual Handling Training Guidelines Policy.

This is a half day course and will involve a written test. A certificate of attendance will be issued after course is complete. This will depend on your result and full payment being received.
