About DHCS Patient Transport
Though based in the South-East of England, DHCS provide non-emergency patient transport services across the whole of the UK. We provide a secure, safe and user friendly transport service that respects the dignity and privacy of the patients we transport.
Our drivers and escorts are extensively trained to securely transport mental health patients. Qualified Nurses (RMN) will always accompany sectioned service users detained under the Mental Health Act. We can assure clients of the quality of our transport staff because they are sourced from our DHCS Nursing Agency and given training at the DHCS Training Centre.
We are registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), licensed by Hertsmere Borough Council, and are members of the British Ambulance Association (BAA).
